.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending across the basin from the big
bend of Florida to Brownsville Texas will weaken and drift
southward today. A ridge will build northeast of the region
through mid week.

and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

and weaken through Tue. A weakening cold front will move into the
northern waters tonight and continue southward through Tue. High 
pressure will build north of the region Wed through Thu night.

15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of
27N. Scattered showers.
