locally fresh E flow through the next several days. 

.TODAY...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
early in the afternoon, then, subsiding to 2 ft or less late in
the afternoon. 
.MON NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft late. 
.TUE...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary is stalling from 29N65W to
central Cuba, and will dissipate through Mon. Ridging will build
across the waters north of 28N through late today then lift
north. This pattern will support moderate to fresh E to SE winds
though mid week. 

.TODAY...E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and E 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 ft in the evening, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.MON...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 to
4 ft in the late morning and afternoon. Scattered showers.
