Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail across the area through
Wed, then retreat eastward ahead of a cold front moving into the
northwest Gulf Thu. The front will reach the far eastern Gulf by
Fri evening, where it will become stationary and weaken to a
trough Sat. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected
with this frontal system. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft until late afternoon,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from near 31N68W to 
26N71W, with a surface trough extending from 26N71W to Haiti.
The front and trough will gradually dissipate through today. A 
cold front will move off the southeastern United States coast
Sat. Scattered showers and thunderstorms, some with gusty winds,
 associated with this system are expected to affect much of the 
area north of 27N Fri through late Sat.
