Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from south Florida to near
23N90W then becomes stationary to the Bay of Campeche. The front
will continue to move SE and exit the basin tonight. High pres
building in the wake of the front will slide E across the
southern United States Wed and Thu. Moderate E winds over the
Gulf Wed will veer to SE and become moderate to fresh for the
end of the week into the upcoming weekend.

to 3 to 4 ft late.

front will move east of the forecast waters through mid week. High
pressure will build off the Carolinas in the wake of the front, 
then shift east of the area through late week ahead of another low
pressure and front moving off the Carolinas. 

.TONIGHT...S of 27N, S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W
late, then, shifting to N to NE 10 to 15 kt late. N of 27N, N
winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of
27N. 
.WED...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NE 10 to 15 kt N
