Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from Apalachicola Florida to 
24N95W to the coast of Mexico near 20N97W. Strong to near gale 
force winds W of the front will reach gale force near Tampico this
evening and near Veracruz tonight. The front will move slowly E 
to reach from Tampa Bay to the western Yucatan Peninsula Mon 
morning and eventually pass to the SE of the Gulf by Tue night. 
High pres following the front will push E across the southern 
United States Wed and Thu. Moderate E winds over the Gulf Wed will
veer to SE and become moderate to fresh. 

.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E in the late evening
and overnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming SE to S 15 to 20 kt in
the late morning and afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft in the late morning and afternoon. 
.MON NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to N to NE after
midnight. Seas 2 to 3 ft. 
.TUE...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from 22N63W to the eastern
tip of the Dominican Republic. The front will weaken into a 
surface trough that will move W and supporting showers across the 
southern waters through the middle of the week. The next cold 
front expected to move off the NE Florida coast this evening, then
stall through Mon night. Low pres will rapidly deepen along the 
front E of Georgia and support an area of gale force winds over 
the NW and north-central waters Tue. The low will drag a cold 
front that will cross the Bahamas Tue afternoon through early Wed.
High pres following the front will build over the waters N of the
Bahamas Wed and Thu.

N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 20 to 25 kt N of

.MON NIGHT...S of 27N,SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,SW
winds 20 to 25 kt, shifting to E to SE in the late evening and
early morning, then, becoming SE to S 10 to 15 kt late. Seas 4 to
6 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE...N of 29.5N and E of 80W S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt, 
becoming SW to W 25 to 35 kt in the late morning and afternoon.
