.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over the forecast waters
from the western Atlc through Mon night. A cold front will enter
the NW Gulf of Mexico on Tue, then lift N as a warm front Wed.
Another cold front will enter the NW Gulf Thu night.  

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft late. 
.MON...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft late. 
.TUE...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
