Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extending from the western Atlantic to
the N central Gulf waters will weaken across the Gulf waters
today as a cold front moves off the Texas coast early this
afternoon. The front will reach from the western Florida
Panhandle to Tampico, Mexico by Sun morning, before stalling and
weakening from the Florida Keys to the SW Gulf of Mexico on Mon.
The front will weaken on Tue, as it moves northward as a warm
front. Gale force winds are expected west of the front in the
far SW Gulf from early Sun evening through Sun night.  

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Isolated showers. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Isolated
showers. 
.SUN...S winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming SW to W 10 to 15 kt. Seas
3 to 5 ft. Isolated showers.
.SUN NIGHT...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Isolated
showers.
.MON...NE to E winds 20 to 25 kt, except 10 to 15 kt S of 24N.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A 1026 mb high center near 28N68W, with a ridge 
extending southeastward into the central Atlantic will shift 
slowly southeastward through Sun night ahead of a cold front 
that will move off the northeast Florida coast by late Sun. The 
front will reach from near Bermuda to the Florida Keys by Mon 
afternoon, before stalling and weakening along roughly 26N 
through Tue night. High pressure north of the area will shift 
eastward Tue through Wed night as a trough approaches the 
southeastern U.S. Fresh to strong northeast to east winds are 
expected over much of the waters Tue through Wed night. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered
showers. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft in NE to E swell. 
.SUN...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft in NE to E swell. Scattered
showers. 
.SUN NIGHT...S of 27N,E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N,SW to
W winds 15 to 20 kt, shifting to NW late. Seas 3 to 4 ft in E to
SE swell. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
