A second warm front extends from 29N93W SW to a low pressure near 28N95W from where a cold front starts to develps continuing SW through NE Mexico. The frontal boundary in the NW gulf will push SE tonight and reach from SE Louisiana to Veracruz, Mexico on Wed afternoon where it will stall before lifting north again as a warm front through Thu evening.
