Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong northerly winds dominates most of
the central and E Gulf in the wake of a cold front currently
located SE of the area. The wind speeds will slow down to
moderate to fresh tonight, while winds veering to the NE and E.
Southerly return flow will prevail across the Gulf region from
Thursday through Saturday night. Another cold front will reach
the NW Gulf of Mexico on Sunday morning.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 31N74W to western Cuba 
will reach from Bermuda to north central Cuba tonight. It is 
possible that a weak low pressure center may develop along the 
front east of the Bahamas on Thursday, and persist into Friday. 
The low pressure center is expected to move NE of the area on 
Friday night, with a trough extending south of the low to the 
Turks and Caicos Islands. Expect fresh to strong NE winds, and
sea heights of 8 feet, possibly as far as 240 nm to the NW of
the low center, as the low center moves NE. 

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N,
and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...NE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NE to E 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 ft S of 27N, and 5 to 7 ft N of 27N. 
.THU NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NE to E 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. S of 27N, seas 3 ft, subsiding to 2 ft or less. N
of 27N, seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.FRI...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
