Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front reaching from SE Louisiana to just
north of Veracruz Mexico will move little eastward tonight
before stalling later in the morning, then drifting back to the
NW as a weak warm front Wed. The front will move E again as a
cold front Wed night, reaching from the SE Louisiana to the Bay
of Campeche Thu, from the Florida Big Bend to the Yucatan
Peninsula Fri, and finally move E of the area Sat. 

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Areas of fog. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Areas of fog. 
.TUE NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight. 
.WED...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.THU...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A surface high is centered near 28N71W with a ridge
E and W along 28N. The high will shift E of the area overnight 
with the ridge shifting S allowing a weak cold front to move 
slowly to the northeast of the area, then quickly stall and 
dissipate through Tue. A stronger cold front will move off the N
 Florida coast late Fri accompanied by a strong wind shift to
the N of 29N. This strong front will reach from Bermuda to the
Central Bahamas on Sat night.
