Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening stationary front extends SW from the
Sabine Pass Texas to between Tampico and Veracruz Mexico
accompanied by patchy fog with fresh to strong winds W of the
front. An upper disturbance will re-energize the front early
Mon, and the front will move east before stalling again from the
mouth of the Mississippi River to north of Veracruz Mexico Tue.
The front will lift north early Wed, before re-energizing again
late Wed and moving off the Texas coast and sweep southeast of 
the Gulf by Fri.

.MON...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

building to 3 to 4 ft after midnight.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Ridging along 28N will dissipate overnight as a cold
front moves through the central Atlc east of the region. High
pressure will build NE of the area in the wake of the front, and
the ridge will again become re- established along 28N Tue and
Wed. This pattern  will continue to support pulses of fresh to
strong trade winds north of Haiti near the approaches to the
Windward Passage through mid  week. A second front will move off
the NE Florida coast late Thu,  and reach from Bermuda to
central Cuba by late Fri.

N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Areas of dense fog within 60 nm of the
coast N of 28N.
