Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge extending SW from the Florida Panhandle to
Veracruz Mexico will shift SE today. A weak cold front will move
into the NW waters by the afternoon, then stall from the Florida
Big Bend to the Texas Coastal Bend on Mon, then gradually
dissipate through early Tue. Fresh return flow will set up
across the NW waters on Tue, with these conditions spreading E
across the entire gulf waters by early Wed. The pressure
gradient will further tighten on Wed night with locally strong
SE flow across the N-central waters ahead of a cold front moving
off the Texas coast early Thu. The cold front will stall from
the Mississippi Delta to Central Mexico on Thu night.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 28N65W to 25N69W then
becomes nearly stationary to the Windward Passage. Remnants of 
the front will drift NW on Mon and Tue. Moderate to fresh 
easterlies are expected S of 28N on Tue, increasing fresh to 
locally strong on Wed and Thu.

.TODAY...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and N 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...NE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and N 10 to 15 kt N of 27N.
Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NE 10 to
