Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong winds and large seas in the eastern
Gulf will diminish and subside today. A surface high over the SW
Gulf of Mexico will shift NE across the central waters today,
and move across the Florida Panhandle on Sun. A weak cold front
may drop into the northern Gulf waters by Sun afternoon,
stalling and washing out there through early Mon afternoon.
Fresh return flow will set up across the NW waters on Tue with
these conditions spreading E across the entire gulf waters on
Wed. 

.TODAY...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming N 5 to 10 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 8 to 11 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front between 69W and 75W will continue SE
stalling from 27N65W to the Windward Passage tonight. Near gale 
to gale force southwesterly flow will prevail W of the front until
around sunrise. Remnants of the front will drift NW on Mon and 
Tue, with winds and seas continuing to diminish across the region 
this weekend. Moderate to fresh easterlies expected S of 28N on 
Tue and Wed. 

.TODAY...S of 27N, NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 5 to
10 kt late, Seas 5 to 7 ft, subsiding to 3 to 5 ft in the
afternoon. N of 27N, W to NW winds 20 to 25 kt, becoming NW 10 to
15 kt late, Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW to N 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N.
