Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Strong to near gale force winds across the eastern
Gulf this evening will diminish to 20 kt or less overnight.
Large seas of up to 22 ft will subside to less than 8 ft by Sat
evening. High pres building behind the front will shift eastward
across the central Gulf on Sat, and move across the Florida
Panhandle on Sun, leaving a ridge from the Florida Big Bend to
SE Texas on Mon. Fresh return flow will set up across the NW
waters on Tue with these conditions spreading E across the
entire gulf waters on Wed. 

.TONIGHT...W to NW winds 20 to 30 kt, shifting to NW 15 to 20 kt
late in the night. Seas 14 to 19 ft in W swell, subsiding to
10 to 15 ft in swell late in the night. 
.SAT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming N 5 to 10 kt late in
the afternoon. Seas 8 to 11 ft in W to NW swell. 
.SAT NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft in W to NW
swell, subsiding to 3 to 5 ft late. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front along 76W will move E of the area
overnight. Near gale to gale force southwesterly flow will 
prevail W of the front overnight then diminish by Sat afternoon. 
Remnants of the front will drift NW on Mon and Tue, with winds and
seas diminishing across the region this weekend. Moderate to 
fresh easterlies expected S of 28N on Tue and Wed.

N of 27N. Seas 8 to 13 ft in W swell. 
.SAT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 20 to
25 kt N of 27N. Seas 6 to 8 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW to N
10 to 15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Seas 3 to 4 ft until late afternoon, subsiding to 2 ft or less.
