Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will prevail across the Gulf of Mexico
through Tue night as a high pressure center moves from the
Mississippi Valley towards North Carolina. A low pressure system
will move NE from the coast of Texas Wed to the SE United States
Thu, dragging a cold front across the Gulf waters. Marine
conditions are expected to deteriorate across the region on Thu
morning as the low pressure deepens over the SE of United
States. Strong to minimal gale force winds are expected across
the central and northern Gulf Thu night and Fri.

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.WED NIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft after midnight. 
.THU...SW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 31N61W to the central 
Bahamas then is stationary to north-central Cuba. The cold front
 will push E and extend from 24N65W to the Turks and Caicos by
Tue evening. The western portion of the front is forecast to
lift  northward Wed through Thu ahead of the next cold front
entering the NW waters Thu afternoon. Expect strong to gale
force winds  and building seas mainly across the waters N of the
Bahamas Thu  evening through early Sat as the cold front moves
across the region.

.TONIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW to N 5 to 10 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft early in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and E 5 to 10 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the late morning and afternoon. Slight chance of showers.
