Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move into the NW gulf today. The
front will shift across the gulf waters, moving E of the
forecast waters Sat. Strong to near gale force northerly flow
west of the front will increase to gale force tonight over the
northwest and west- central gulf waters before diminishing Fri.
Near gale force southerly flow is expected east of the front
tonight into Fri. High pres will build in the wake of the front
and prevail through early next week.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.FRI...S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Scattered showers and

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from 23N65W to the 
Windward Passage. The boundary will begin to drift north today. 
Southerly return flow will develop later today into Friday ahead 
of the next cold front forecast to move into the NW waters on Fri 
night. The front will shift eastward this upcoming weekend, 
reaching a position from Bermuda to central Cuba on Sun night. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE 20 to 25 kt
