Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Southerly return flow will strengthen Fri night as
an intense low pressure system develops over SE Texas. The low
will track eastward along the U.S. Gulf coast this weekend with
strong to near gale southerly winds expected ahead of the cold
front, particularly in the northern Gulf, including the coastal
waters.

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front from 30N65W across the Bahamas
to central Cuba will merge later today with a reinforcing cold 
front. The merged front will stall and weaken tonight through Sat.
A developing intense low pressure system over the southern U.S. 
this weekend will drag a strong cold front off the coast of 
northern Florida on Sun. Gale conditions are possible north of 29N
ahead of the front in the southerly flow.
