Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from near Apalachicola
Florida to 28N91W and to a 1006 mb low at 25N96W. It continues
from the low inland to far southern Texas. The northern portion
of the front will transition to a cold front by late tonight,
and extend from Panama City to 27N93W by Mon morning. A
reinforcing cold front will merge with this front by Mon night.
The merged front will then extend from central Florida to near
Tampico Tue night and from Miami to Veracruz Wed morning. Strong
high pressure building southward behind the merged front will
bring strong northerly winds to much of the western and central
Gulf beginning early on Tue, with winds possibly reaching gale
force near Veracruz Tue night.

.MON NIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming SW less than

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will remain across the area through 
Wed. Fresh to strong south to southwest winds will affect the 
waters N of 27N and W of 65W through Mon night as a cold front 
approaches the Georgia coast. The front will push southeastward 
reaching from 31N73W to near Jupiter, Florida early Tue. By Wed 
morning the front will extend from near 31N64W to 25N74W, to the 
central Bahamas and to west-central Cuba. Strong winds ahead of 
the front will affect the waters N of 28N through Tue night. A 
second push of cold air will support fresh to locally strong winds
across the northern waters Wed night through Thu.
