.SYNOPSIS...Winds will gradually veer to the south today ahead of
a cold front in the western Gulf. The front will stall across the
west-central Gulf on Sun. A stronger cold front will reach the 
Texas coast Mon, and move into the SE Gulf on Tuesday. 

.TODAY...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers.
