Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending SW from the Florida Panhandle
to the western Bay of Campeche will move SE of the gulf waters
this evening accompanied by scattered tstms. A fresh breeze is 
forecast across the E gulf on Tue night, with a ridge gradually 
setting up from the Florida Panhandle to central Mexico by late 
Wed. 

.TODAY...SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft early in the
morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less, then, building to 3 to 4 ft
in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A 1017 mb surface high at 24N68W has a ridge 
extending W the Straits of Florida. A cold front will move off 
the NE Florida coast this afternoon with fresh to locally strong 
SW flow forecast N of 27N within 600 nm E of the front. Strong to 
near gale force westerly flow will develop N of 25N W of the front
beginning late Tue. 

.TODAY...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 15 to
