Southeast Gulf of Mexico .SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 30N94W to 27N97W. This front will stall from SE Louisiana to Tampico, Mexico by tonight. A reinforcing cold front will move off the Texas coast early Tue, merging with the stationary front, then extending from the Florida Big Bend to 27N92W to near Vera Cruz by early Wed. Fresh to strong winds are forecast W of this front over the W central Gulf and W Bay of Campeche through Wed morning. The western portion of the front will stall and then drift northwest through midweek. The eastern portion will stall across the SE Gulf by Thu.
