Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pres centered in SE Louisiana will continue to
support moderate to fresh N to NE winds in the eastern basin
through Sat. The center of high pres will shift eastward while
it weakens, and winds will shift E to SE. A slight tight
pressure gradient will develop over the far western gulf Sat
night through Mon morning associated with a surface trough. This
will support moderate to fresh SE winds in that region. The next
cold front is forecast to reach the coast of Texas by Mon
morning.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 30N71W across the
central Bahamas and central Cuba will become stationary from
31N67W to the SE Bahamas and eastern Cuba by Sat morning. A 
trough ahead of the front along 75W will merge with the front Sat 
morning. The front will weaken and dissipate Sun evening and a 
remnant surface trough will move across the western Bahamas 
through Mon morning. A new cold front will move across the 
northern waters Tue and Wed.
