Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front across the NW Gulf late extends
from 30N89W to 24N95W to 21.5N97.5W, and will move to the W
Florida Panhandle to western Bay of Campeche Tue morning. Gale
force northerly winds behind the front are spreading south from
the Texas coastal waters to the Mexican waters, and will follow
the front into the SW Gulf late tonight, with storm force winds
developing offshore of Veracruz Tue morning through mid
afternoon. The front will then reach from near Apalachee Bay
Florida to the northern Yucatan Peninsula early Wed, and move SE
of the Gulf early Thu. Winds and seas will then gradually
decrease through the end of the week.

.TUE...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure across the NW Atlc will shift
ESE into the central Atlc through Tue night to maintain fresh to
strong E to SE winds across most of the waters. A cold front
will move off the SE U.S. coast late Wed, reaching from near
31N72W to the central Bahamas and central Cuba late Thu night
into Fri. A  trough S of 21N and along 60W will move westward
across the Leeward Islands and adjacent Atlc tonight with
increasing  thunderstorm activity, strong gusty winds and
building seas. Low  pres may develop along the trough, possibly
as a tropical cyclone, eventually turning N along 70W through
the remainder of the week  as the next cold front approaches. 

.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and
5 to 7 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

of 27N. S of 27N, seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or
