Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure sliding from the north central Gulf to
the SE U.S. will maintain benign marine conditions through Tue.
Winds and seas will increase across the Gulf through mid-week as
the high pressure shifts E ahead of a strong cold front expected
to move off the Texas coast early Thu. The front will reach from
near the SE Louisiana coast to Veracruz, Mexico Thu evening, and
from Florida Big Bend region to W Bay of Campeche Fri evening. 

.OVERNIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft early in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less, then, building to 3 to 4 ft late in
the afternoon.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending from 31N66W through the
SE Bahamas to E central Cuba will drift SE to the W of 70W
through Tue then move S Tue night through Wed and dissipate.  A
reinforcing cold front moving into the waters off NE Florida 
tonight will reach from near Bermuda to Straits of Florida Tue 
afternoon, from 26N65W to NW Cuba Wed morning, then stall and 
weaken from 24N65W to NW Cuba late Wed before dissipating late
in  the week. Swell associated with Hurricane Oscar well east of
the  area will impact all but NW portions of the area through
Wed.
