Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from the Straits of Florida to
22N86W and to 22N89W, where it becomes stationary to 22N93W and
to 20N97W as of 18Z. High pressure of 1020 is centered over
eastern Texas near Corpus Christi. The cold front will become
nearly stationary from central Cuba to the southwest Gulf this
evening. A weak cold front will sweep across the northeastern
Gulf from Sun night through Tue followed by high pressure that
will shift E to the eastern Gulf waters late Wed night into Thu
in response to a cold front that is forecast to move off the
Texas coast Wed night. The cold front is expected to reach the
from the NE Gulf to near 26N90W and stationary to the SW Gulf by
late Thu.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 31N72W to the NW Bahamas
and to the Straits of Florida will reach from near 31N70W to
24N74W  and to central Cuba by early Sun. Strong SE to S winds
east of the cold front N of 28N will diminish by late tonight. A
weak cold  front will move over the northwest waters Mon through
late Tue.  It will weaken as it becomes stationary from near
26N65W to the  central Bahamas and to western Cuba Wed and
dissipate by early  Thu. The frontal remnants will lift back N
as a warm front over  the western half of the area Thu in
advance of the next cold front that will be moving across the
Gulf of Mexico at that time.  Expect for southerly winds to
increase over the northwest section  of the forecast waters Wed
night through Thu night along with  building seas.
