Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Marine conditions will gradually improve across the
NE Gulf today as Tropical Storm Michael moves further inland. A
cold front across the NW Gulf will reach from central Florida
Panhandle to SW Gulf by early Sat. The front will lift north on
Sun as return flow develops across the W Gulf ahead of a strong
cold front, expected to reach the Texas coast Mon night.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Michael inland over Georgia will move
parallel to the SE U.S. coast through Fri. Fresh SE winds N of 
the Bahamas will slowly veer to the S-SW and strengthen through 
tonight as Michael moves across the Carolinas. NE swell from 
Hurricane Leslie will affect regional waters through Fri. A weak
 cold front will move into the NW waters this weekend, then
stall from Bermuda to N central Florida Sun.

of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N.
