.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Fourteen near 18.0N 86.6W
1006 mb at 5 PM EDT moving NW at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds
25 kt gusts 35 kt. Fourteen will move to 18.7N 86.7W Sun
morning, 19.9N 86.6W Sun afternoon, 21.0N 86.6W Mon morning,
22.5N 86.7W Mon afternoon, and 26.0N 87.5W Tue afternoon.
Fourteen will change little in intensity as it moves to 30.5N
86.5W Wed afternoon, and inland near 35.5N 81.5W Thu.
