.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over the forecast area. A 
surface trough will develop each evening over the Yucatan 
peninsula. The trough will move into the SW Gulf overnight, where 
it will dissipate each morning. Moderate to fresh winds will 
accompany the trough.

kt. Leslie will strengthen to a hurricane near 29.7N 56.6W Wed 
morning, move to 29.5N 56.8W Wed afternoon, 30.7N 56.8W Thu 
morning, 32.6N 56.7W Thu afternoon, and 36.3N 56.5W Fri afternoon.
Leslie will weaken to a tropical storm near 37.2N 54.2W Sat 
afternoon, then change little in intensity as it moves to near 
37.0N 51.0W Sun. Large and powerful swell generated by Leslie will
affect the forecast waters through the end of the week.
