.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Leslie near 32.8N 54.6W 990 mb at 5 PM
EDT moving SW at 4 kt. Leslie is expected to continue this motion
and slowly strengthen to hurricane force through Wed before 
moving northward. Large and powerful swell generated from Leslie 
will affect the forecast waters throughout the week.
