.SYNOPSIS...High pres will prevail across the forecast waters. A
surface trough will develop each evening over the Yucatan
peninsula. The trough will move into the SW Gulf overnight,
where it will dissipate each morning. Moderate to fresh winds
will accompany the trough and will prevail in the SE basin most
of the period.

.SYNOPSIS...Subtropical Storm Leslie is centered over the
central Atlantic near 34.4N 50.8W 991 mb at 11 AM EDT moving SW 
at 6 kt. Large swell generated from Leslie will propagate across
the forecast waters over the weekend continuing through the
middle of the week. Fresh to strong winds associated with Leslie
are expected to reach the NE waters by Mon.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms.
