.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from a 1010 mb low near Bermuda
 across the forecast waters N of 28N west of 65W. The front will
 drift slightly southward today, then dissipate by Saturday 
morning. The low will meander across the forecast waters through
 early next week.
