Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure extends across the northern Gulf,
supporting light breezes and minimal seas, while a trough
extends from the Lower Mississippi Valley into the north central
Gulf. A trough, the remnants of Isaac, will move across Yucatan
Wed, and then across the southwest Gulf Thu through Fri, as high
pressure retreats to the mid Atlc coasts.

showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough reaches from the Turks and Caicos
to near 30N61W and will shift slowly NW and weaken through
tonight  as the central Atlantic ridge builds WSW to the
Bahamas. Low  pressure moving off the Carolinas will drag an
attendant frontal  trough across the waters north of 27N Thu and
Fri. The low will move to near 31N71W Fri evening then drift W
and slowly weaken  through Sat.

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
