Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface high is centered over the W central gulf
with ridge extending SE to Florida Bay. The high will shift W to
near 28N94W today with the ridge shifting W to the Yucatan
Basin. The remnants of tropical cyclone Isaac will move westward 
across Yucatan Channel and adjacent Gulf on Tue night and Wed, and
across the SW gulf waters on Thu. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE in the late
evening and overnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
