.SYNOPSIS...A broad area of low pressure in the central gulf
will shift NW during the next couple days. This low may develop
into a tropical cyclone over the western gulf later this week.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Florence 957 mb is centered north of the 
area near 32.0N 73.7W at 11 PM EDT, moving NW at 15 kt. Maximum 
sustained winds are 95 kt with gusts to 130 kt. Large swell 
generated by the hurricane will affect the waters north of the 
Bahamas and northern Florida.

of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 8 to 11 ft N of 27N.
