.SYNOPSIS...A developing surface trough over the southern Gulf
will shift NW toward southern Texas through Sat, and may become
a tropical cyclone before reaching the coast. 

.OVERNIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers. 
.WED...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers. 
.WED NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft, subsiding to 2 ft or

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Florence 946 mb is centered near 28.4N 
68.7W at 11 PM EDT, moving WNW at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are 120 kt gusts to 145 kt. Florence will move nortwest between 
the Bahamas and Bermuda through through Wed night, then move north
of the area Thu morning. Outside of the path of Florence, large 
dangerous swell generated by the hurricane will affect the Bahamas
and northern Florida. 

.OVERNIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
3 to 6 ft N of 27N. 
.WED...NE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and N to NE 10 to 15 kt N of
