Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough will develop along the western
Yucatan Peninsula during the late afternoons, then drift
westward during the overnight hours and dissipate along 96W
during the late mornings. The trough will support moderate to
locally fresh NE to E winds in the eastern Bay of Campeche every
night. Otherwise, high pres NE of the region will support gentle
to occasionally moderate SE to E winds over the basin the next
several days.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from 31N77W to central Florida
will gradually transition to a surface trough through tonight.
The trough will then drift NW and inland over the SE CONUS by
late Sat. Outside of thunderstorms, light to gentle winds will
prevail N of 26N,while mainly moderate to locally fresh winds
prevail S of 26N the next several days. Strong E winds will
occur along the N coast of Hispaniola each afternoon and evening
through the middle of next week.  

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft late in the night.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms. 
.SAT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less.
Scattered thunderstorms and thunderstorms.

15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft after
midnight, then, subsiding to 2 ft or less late. Scattered
showers.

in the afternoon.
