Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface high near 26N92W will meander over the 
northwest waters through late Thu while a weak trough moves 
southeast into the northeastern gulf waters where it will stall on
Thu, and then drift west and dissipate on Fri. Anticyclonic flow 
across the gulf waters late in the week. 

.OVERNIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE to E after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...An east to west ridge will meander from near 31N65W 
to 27N80W for the next several days as a weak cold front stalls 
and just off the northeast coast of Florida. A weakening north
to  south orientated surface trough will move west through the
Bahama  Channel through midday on Wed. Moderate to locally fresh
southerly winds are expected north of ridge ahead of the weak
front, a  gentle northeast to east to southeast wind shift is
forecast along the trough, and moderate to fresh trades are
expected south of 23N.
