.SYNOPSIS...A broad ridge will meander over the NW gulf through
Thu night. A weak frontal trough will move into the north-
central gulf on Wed, then stall and dissipate through Fri.

weak frontal trough will become stationary across NW waters Thu 
and Fri. Gentle to moderate southerly winds are expected north
of the ridge, and moderate to fresh trades are south of 23N.
