Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A trough extending from near 28N93W to 24N95W will
continue westward to near the coast of Texas by early Mon.
Locally developing surface troughs over the Yucatan Peninsula
will produce fresh winds over the eastern waters of the Bay of
Campeche from the early evenings to overnight hours during the
next several days. Otherwise, high pressure ridging will prevail
across the area through the upcoming week.

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening backdoor cold front from 25N65W to
26N74W will push a little more southward while becoming a
remnant trough Mon. Weak low pressure may develop along the
remnant trough over the NE corner of the offshore basin by mid-
week, before dissipating. New high pressure ridging will develop
S of this boundary, extending from NW to SE. Winds will pulse to 
fresh to locally strong near the northern coast of Hispaniola each
night through Fri night.

10 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 2 to 3 ft N of 27N.
