.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will approach the NW gulf waters Tue,
enter those waters Wed then push eastward over the northern gulf
waters as a weakening trough on Thu. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms in the vicinity of the front and trough could
produce brief gusty winds and higher seas. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
