Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A trough over the northern waters will slowly weaken
through Thu. High pressure will build across the northern waters
in the wake of the trough. Elsewhere, a surface trough will move
off the Yucatan Peninsula into the Bay of Campeche each evening,
accompanied by fresh nocturnal winds.  

.OVERNIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.WED...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
