.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending from the Florida Bing
Bend to 28N90W to the upper coast of Texas will gradually weaken
to a trough by Thu. Elsewhere, a surface trough will move off
the Yucatan Peninsula into the Bay of Campeche each evening,
accompanied by fresh nocturnal winds.
