Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough will interact with upper level
disturbances the next couple of days over the northern Gulf
producing enhanced thunderstorm activity. A surface trough will
move off the Yucatan Peninsula over the bay of Campeche each
evening accompanied by fresh nocturnal winds. Another surface
trough is expected to move over the NE Gulf by Fri. Weak high
pressure will prevail across the remainder basin through Sat
night.

.TUE...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SW late. Seas

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough that extends from 30N65W to 31N74W 
will shift NE of the area by Tue as high pressure continues to 
build across the region. Surface ridging will then prevail 
through Fri night.

N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft late in the night.
