.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail across the basin
through Thu night, except for the Bay of Campeche where a
surface trough will move off the Yucatan Peninsula each evening
accompanied by fresh nocturnal winds. A weak trough is expected 
to form over the NE Gulf by Fri. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

will shift NE of the area by Tue as high pressure continues to 
build across the region. A weak trough E of northern Florida
will support scattered thunderstorms through tonight as it drifts
northward. Surface ridging will then prevail through Fri night.
