.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail across the area
through Tue. The northern portion of a tropical wave will move
westward across the SW Gulf today.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to N to NE
late in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Isolated showers and 
thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from a 1015 mb low north of
 the area near 34N69W southwestward to 31N71W and to the central
Bahamas. The trough will move little through Sun night while 
weakening. Scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected 
along and southeast of the trough. High pressure building
westward from the central Atlantic through Tue will support
fresh to  strong trade winds south of 23N. Winds will pulse to
strong north  of Hispaniola at night this weekend.
