.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail across the area
through Tue. A tropical wave will move westward across the the
SW Gulf tonight and Fri.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough east of central Florida from near 
28N79W northeastward to 31N72W will linger over the area through
Sun. High pressure will build westward from the central Atlantic 
Fri through Mon, supporting fresh to strong trade winds south of 
23N. Winds will pulse to strong north of Hispaniola at night this 
weekend.
