.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail across the northern Gulf
waters through Sun. A surface trough will move westward off the
Yucatan Peninsula each evening through Sun, and enhance
nocturnal winds over the SW Gulf.

and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Chris near 35.3N 69.9W 970 mb at 0900 UTC 
moving NE at 19 kt. Chris has begun to accelerate and will 
quickly shift away from the area this morning. Associated winds 
and swell affecting the far N waters will improve today. Active 
weather will cover the waters south of 27N and W of 70W today as
the remnants of Beryl move NNW away from the southeast Bahamas. 
High pressure will dominate the region Fri through the upcoming 
weekend.

27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
