Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will meander across the northern Gulf
waters through Fri. A surface trough will move westward off the
Yucatan Peninsula each evening, and enhance nocturnal winds over
the SW Gulf, through Fri.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.WED...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Chris near 32.2N 74.5W 999 mb at
11 AM EDT stationary. Maximum sustained winds 50 kt gusts 60 kt.
Chris  will meander offshore of the Carolina coasts through
early Tue  while strengthening slowly, then begin to shift
northeastward away from the area Tue afternoon. Associated winds
and swell will  affect far NW waters through Tue evening. Expect
an increase in  winds and seas over the waters south of 22N
through Tue as the  remnant tropical wave of Beryl moves WNW
across the Caribbean. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of
27N. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N.

.TUE...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to
