.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over the northern waters
through Thu. A surface trough will move westward off the Yucatan
Peninsula each evening, and enhance nocturnal winds over the SW
Gulf, through Thu.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Chris near 32.9N 75.0W 1006 mb at 11 
AM EDT. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt gusts 50 kt. Chris will 
meander offshore of the North Carolina coast through Mon while 
strengthening slowly, then begin to shift northeastward away
from  the area Tuesday. Associated winds and swell will affect
far NW  waters through Tue. Expect an increase in winds and seas
over the  waters south of 22N Mon through Tue as the remnant
tropical wave  of Tropical Storm Beryl move WNW across the
Caribbean. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW to W
5 to 10 kt N of 27N. S of 27N, seas 2 ft or less. N of 27N, seas
2 ft or less, building to 3 to 4 ft in the afternoon. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N, E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, W winds
5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE to E late, then, shifting to SE to S
late, shifting to SW late. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to
5 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and slight chance of thunderstorms. 
.MON...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 5 to 10 kt
