.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over the northern waters
through Wed. A surface trough will move westward off the Yucatan
Peninsula each evening, and enhance nocturnal winds over the SW
Gulf, through Thu.  

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered

.SYNOPSIS...Newly upgraded Tropical Storm Chris located near 
33.0N 75.5W 1010 mb at 0900 UTC nearly stationary. Maximum 
sustained winds 35 kt gusts 45 kt. Chris will drift SE and 
offshore of the North Carolina coast through Mon while
strengthening slowly, then begin to shift northeastward away
from the area Tuesday. Associated winds and swell will affect
far NW  waters through Tue. Expect an increase in winds and seas
over the waters south of 22N Mon through Tue as the remnants of
Tropical  Storm Beryl move WNW across the Caribbean.

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 5 to 10 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N,E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, S to SW
winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE in the late evening and
early morning, then, shifting to SW late. Seas 3 ft. Scattered
showers and slight chance of thunderstorms. 
.MON...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 5 to 10 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Slight chance of showers and isolated
thunderstorms.
